Adult Support & Rover Callout: The success of this program hinges on recruiting section leaders, adult helpers, and Rover Scouts to support our 6 youth teams. No prior technical or engineering experience is required—just enthusiasm to help youth collaborate and problem-solve. Please indicate on your registration form if you or an older family member are able to assist as a team helper during Sunday sessions.

Mandatory Social Media Consent Requirement: A mandatory requirement of participation in our event and competition partners’ programs (e.g., RECF, VEX, and LEGO) is that you consent to your child’s image, video, and event participation being published on social media channels, websites, and media releases. This includes channels associated with Scouts Australia, Scouts NSW, District, EarthTribe, and event partners such as RECF, VEX, and LEGO. Granting social media photo consent is a mandatory condition of enrolment in this program. Please do not enrol in this program if you do not consent to your child’s image, video, and event participation being published.
